I do remember I removed the twist out bulbs in a failed attempt to replace the bulbs on my 95 cluster. I am pretty sure I have a cluster for a 99. Posted: Fri 8:50 am Post subject: Re: Instrument Gauge Cluster Repair Their suggestion if I couldn't find a whole cluster was "take care of general service and get it plugged into a dialogistic on the semi-regular and it should be just fine." When it gets serviced again, I will ask for pics. I didn't think to ask them to take pictures when it was out. The shop put the cluster back in because it drives and operates fine otherwise. I'm happy to buy one used or NOS if I can source one. NOS seems to be depleted for this cluster. The specialty shop in Portland says the cluster can be repaired, they just don't have someone to do it. Other than the check engine light is fried. It runs like a champ, just passed DEQ, and the shop just gave it a clean bill of health. The cluster is operational, other than the check engine light is fried. I have a 1999 EV Full Camper that needs a repair on the instrument cluster (part #7D0919911A). I am hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction. I was pointed here by some friends when we started talking about parts. Hi everyone, I'm brand new to the board, but not new to VW.
